In most cases the chef will arrive 2 hours before service to get everything ready.
Chef will use your dishes and cutlery for service unless otherwise discussed with the client.
In most cases 8 people is the minimum.
There is no max number.
I service British Columbia, focusing on the Okanagan Valley.
Payments are accepted via e-transfer or cheque.
Custom menu design (to suit personal preferences and any dietary restrictions), shopping & food, travel, cooking, serving, and all the clean-up afterwards.
Servers are available and are recommended for groups over 10 people.
Chef will use your cooking equipment. Chef will bring any specialty equipment he needs.
